Our Return Policy
Any items for a return must have original packaging, original tags and be unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
To make a return, email us at email@example.com, let us know what item you wish to return, when you purchased the item, and reason for return. Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit. We will provide you a return shipping address but the buyer pays for shipping. To ensure that we receive your return, it is recommended that you ship via Canada Post with tracking.
If you have received an item that you believe is defective or the wrong item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 48 hours of delivery to make your claim. To process your claim, you must provide photos of defect or wrong item. We reserve the right to refuse claims for defective items. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and all items should arrive free of any defects.
